Reverend Alfonso Galvano

Pastor Alfonso Galvano was born in Italy. At a young age, he and the rest of his family immigrated to the United States where they became proud American citizens. Pastor Galvano spent the remainder of his childhood and youth in Niagara Falls, New York where God called him to a life of full-time service to Him and to people.

After successfully graduating from Elim Bible Institute, Pastor Galvano oversaw the youth ministry at Rochester Christian Church Miniseries. Under his guidance the ministry flourished and saw tremendous growth.

Several years later, the Lord placed a burden on Pastor Galvano to start a multicultural church in the heart of Rochester's cultural district. That vision was the start of Hope Christian Fellowship.

Over the years, Pastor Galvano has traveled to various continents to assist in spreading the good news of Jesus and strengthening local churches.

Pastor Galvano is married to his high school sweetheart Caroline, and is the proud father of two grown children and a proud grandfather.

God has given Pastor Galvano a passion for people and a desire to see them fulfill their God given potential in life. He strongly believes in the importance and vitality of families and is committed to seeing them grow.
